Star Washer

The well known Starlock® star washer is designed for use where quick, permanent and efficient means of assembly are required using plain shafts of steel, non-ferrous and plastic materials.

The star washer is carefully manufactured to fine limits from finest quality carbon steel and is specially heat treated to ensure secure holding quality. They simply push on to the shaft to give an instant fix and grip, thus eliminating costly threading and grooving operations. Once fixed in position the star washer is so secure that it cannot be removed without destruction.

Supplied in spring and stainless steel, in a variety of designs and finishes, both capped and uncapped, it's no surprise that the Starlock® star washer has played a part in the design of many thousands of products, industrial and domestic.
